I moved our family to a small apartment this year because our house went into foreclosure. With equity debt, no health insurance and a job loss, there were no other options.  We sold off all kinds of stuff in a garage sale: clothes, furniture, kid’s toys, electronics, Christmas decorations. I don’t want all that to ruin Christmas for the kids this year.
